1. On-device processing

By default, your PDFs are processed entirely on your device. Viewing, editing, signing, page tools, and on-device conversions do not send your documents anywhere.

2. Conversion service

When you use an Office↔PDF conversion, the selected file is uploaded to our conversion server solely to perform the conversion, and is not retained after the conversion completes.

3. Collaborate

When you create a share, the selected PDF and any comments are stored on our collaboration server, addressed by an unguessable token, until you delete the share. Comments are stored with the display name you choose. Anyone with the link can view the document and its comments.

4. Notifications

If you allow notifications, the app registers a random device identifier, a push token, and the shares you take part in with our collaboration server, so it can notify you about new comments. Notifications contain only the commenter’s name and the document name, never the comment text. Push delivery is handled by Apple Push Notification service and Google Firebase Cloud Messaging.

5. Purchases

Subscriptions are processed by Apple. The app receives only your entitlement status; it never sees your payment details.

6. What we do not collect

No account is required. The app does not include third-party analytics or advertising SDKs and does not track you across apps or websites.
