This Privacy Policy explains how the Still meditation application ("Still+", "we", "us") collects, uses, and protects your information when you use the App. We respect your privacy and collect only what we need to run the Service.

1. Information We Collect

• Account data: if you create an account, we collect your email address. Sign-in is handled through our authentication provider (Supabase).
• Usage data: information about how you use the App, such as meditation minutes and session progress. This is stored on your device and, if you are signed in, synced to your account so it is available across your devices.
• Purchase data: when you subscribe or make a purchase, transaction details are processed by the Apple App Store and our subscription provider (RevenueCat). We receive your subscription status; we do not collect or store your full payment card details.

We do not sell your personal data, and we do not use it for third-party advertising.

2. How We Use Your Information

• To create and manage your account.
• To provide, maintain, and improve the Service and sync your progress.
• To process and manage your subscription or purchase.
• To respond to your support requests and communicate about the Service.

3. Third-Party Services

We rely on the following service providers to operate the App. Each processes data only as needed to provide its service, and we require that they protect your data to a standard at least equivalent to this policy:

• Apple App Store — processes purchases and subscriptions made in the iOS app.
• RevenueCat — manages in-app purchases and subscription status.
• Supabase — provides authentication and database storage for your account and synced progress.

These providers have their own privacy policies governing how they handle data.

4. Data Retention and Deletion

We keep your personal data only for as long as your account is active or as needed to provide the Service. You can request deletion of your account and associated data at any time:

• In the App, go to Account → Delete Account, or
• Email us at hanhnx96@gmail.com and we will delete your data.

Deleting your account permanently removes your account data from our systems. You may also withdraw consent to processing at any time by deleting your account. Note that records held by the Apple App Store for completed transactions are governed by Apple's own policies.

5. Data Security

We use appropriate technical and organizational measures to protect your information against loss, misuse, and unauthorized access, disclosure, or alteration. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, but we work to safeguard your data.

6. Children's Privacy

The App is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal data from children. If you believe a child has provided us with personal data, contact us and we will delete it.

7. Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. When we do, we will revise the "Last updated" date above and post the new policy on this page.
