These Terms of Use ("Terms") govern your use of the Still meditation application ("Still+", "the App", or "the Service"). By downloading, accessing, or using the App, you agree to be bound by these Terms. Please read them carefully. If you do not agree, do not use the App.

1. Use of the Service

Still+ provides guided meditations, breathing exercises, sleep stories, and ambient sounds for relaxation and general wellbeing. You agree to use the Service only for lawful purposes and in a way that does not infringe the rights of, restrict, or inhibit anyone else's use and enjoyment of the Service. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or reverse-engineer the App or any part of it.

2. Subscriptions and Billing (Still+)

Some features of the App require a paid subscription or one-time purchase ("Still+"). The App offers the following options:

• Weekly — auto-renewing subscription, US$1.99 per week.
• Monthly — auto-renewing subscription, US$4.99 per month, with an optional 7-day free trial.
• Yearly — auto-renewing subscription, US$19.99 per year, with an optional 7-day free trial.
• Still Forever — a one-time purchase of US$99.99 that unlocks Still+ permanently (not a subscription; does not auto-renew).

Prices are shown in your local currency at the point of purchase and may vary by region and over time. The price displayed in the App at the time of purchase applies. Purchases made in the iOS app are processed through the Apple App Store using your Apple Account.

Auto-renewing subscription terms

For auto-renewing subscriptions purchased through the Apple App Store:

• Payment is charged to your Apple Account at confirmation of purchase.
• Your subscription automatically renews unless auto-renew is turned off at least 24 hours before the end of the current period.
• Your account is charged for renewal within 24 hours prior to the end of the current period, at the price of the plan you selected.
• You can manage your subscription and turn off auto-renewal in your device's App Store Account Settings after purchase.
• If a free trial is offered, any unused portion of the free trial period is forfeited when you purchase a subscription that includes that content.

3. Accounts

Some features require an account. You agree to provide accurate and complete information and to keep it current. You are responsible for activity under your account. You may delete your account at any time from within the App (Account → Delete Account) or by contacting us; deleting your account does not automatically cancel an active App Store subscription, which must be managed through your App Store Account Settings.

4. Medical Disclaimer

Still+ provides meditation and mindfulness content for informational and relaxation purposes only. It is not a medical device and is not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any disease or condition, and is not a substitute for professional medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment. Always seek the advice of a qualified health provider with any questions you may have.

5. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. When we do, we will revise the "Last updated" date above and post the new Terms on this page. Your continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

6. Privacy

Your use of the Service is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which explains what data we collect and how we use it.
